Content House:
August recap
A monthly social recap for Content House, a real estate content studio. The brief was to show a month of shoots, events and a team retreat in a way that’s fun to watch, so I used AI image and video generation to turn ordinary moments from the footage into playful ones.
The material
A month of shoot footage.
Retreat and event clips.
Interviews filmed on the day.
The approach
Screenshots from the footage
as starting images, brought to life
with image-to-video generation.
The result
A vertical recap with personality,
made from footage the team
already had.
Every moving example below is taken straight from the finished film, so you see the AI work the way it actually plays, cut and timed around the moments that work.
Racing to
the shoot
Three steps for each of the team. A screenshot from the footage captures who they are; AI image generation puts that same person behind the wheel of an undersized toy car racing through Sydney; then image-to-video generation brings it to life, cut into the recap so each of them arrives at the shoot.

Out of
the cupboard
A screenshot of an empty kitchen. With image-to-video generation, the camera operator climbs out of the cupboard, ready to shoot.

Out of
the ottoman
Same idea in the lounge room: a team member pops up out of the ottoman.

From the iPad
to the retreat
A copywriter reviewing her iPad in the garden, and the scene flips straight into the team retreat.

The retreat
dance-off
Group activities and interviews filmed at the retreat were turned into dance moves.

Out of
the bath
An empty bathroom, and an agent climbs out of the bathtub and walks into the shot.

Walking through
the listings
Three of the team were cut out of one video and set walking while the world behind them changes from one property to the next, like a real estate montage.
